  • Stomping Groundz is a large-scale country music event featuring national award winning artists alongside a strong line-up of emerging talent. With more than 13 artists performing across the afternoon and evening, delivering over 11 hours of live entertainment, plus rural and animal attractions, food trucks, and bars across the precinct. This event presents strong value for money.

  • Yes. The Groundz is within walking distance of the Dapto train station and local bus services, making public transport a convenient option for attending the event.

  • Yes, it is. While the event is spread across the precinct with a mix of indoor and outdoor areas, the Main Stage will be located outdoors.

     

    Stomping Groundz is an all weather event, so patrons should plan accordingly.

  • Live country music and entertainment will take place across the precinct throughout the afternoon and evening, with the Main Stage located outdoors.

    Patrons should expect to walk between areas of the site during the event.

  • Yes. Limited free parking will be available at both the front and rear of The Groundz.

     

    The venue is also within walking distance of the Dapto train station and bus services.

  • Yes. Stomping Groundz is a family friendly event, however it is primarily designed as a live music event and will not specifically cater to children.

     

    Children under 5 years of age and prams or strollers are not permitted within the event.

     

    Children attending must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

  • No. Pensioner tickets are not available for this event.

  • Yes. The event is held across the existing grounds of The Groundz precinct, which is generally flat. However, surfaces throughout the site may include grass, gravel, sand, bitumen or concrete areas, and some sections may be uneven.

    Accessible toilet facilities are available, and most bars and key areas across theprecinct are easily accessible.

  • Yes. Patrons are welcome to bring a chair for the Main Stage area.

     

    Please note the event is spread across the precinct, so walking between areas will still be required. There will be no designated area to store chairs between performances, and chairs are left at the owner’s risk.

     

    Chairs should be low profile and suitable for event use, and must not obstruct walkways or viewing areas for other patrons.

  • Comfortable footwear is recommended as walking between areas of the precinct will be required.

     

    As this is largely an outdoor event, hats and sunscreen are encouraged.

     

    In wet weather please bring a raincoat. Umbrellas are not permitted

  • No. Outside food and alcohol are not permitted to be brought into the event.

     

    Food and beverages will be available for purchase from bars and food vendors around the precinct.

  • Multiple bars will operate across the site offering a variety of beer, RTDs, wine and soft drinks.

     

    • Bars will be EFTPOS only

    • Alcohol will be served in cans or plastic cups

    • Glass will only be used in designated VIP areas

  • Bars will be EFTPOS only.

    Food trucks may accept both cash and EFTPOS, depending on the vendor.

  • No. There are no ATMs available on site, so patrons should plan accordingly.

  • Yes. Bags will be checked at the gates and security staff will be monitoring entry points and the event site.

     

    The following items are not permitted within the event:

    • Outside food or alcohol

    • Glass containers

    • Illegal substances

    • Weapons

    • Drones

    • Umbrellas

    • Prams or strollers

  • No, Re-entry is not permitted once you leave the event site

  • Yes. First aid services will be available onsite.

  • Stomping Groundz is an all weather event and will proceed unless severe weather conditions make it unsafe.

     

    The event includes both indoor and outdoor areas across the precinct, and the Main stage will be outdoors.

  • Set times will be confirmed closer to the event.

     

    As programming may be subject to change, final performance schedules will be released in the lead up to the event

  • If presale targets are not met, extreme weather occurs, or another circumstance outside of the organiser’s control arises, the event may be rescheduled or cancelled.

     

    If the event is rescheduled, tickets will automatically transfer to the new date.

     

    If the event is cancelled, a full refund minusbooking fees will be issued within 28days.

  • Yes. By entering the event site you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes

  • Yes, however tickets may not be resold or transferred for commercial gain.
